communication, we agree that any
information presented to us
will be considered confidential and proprietary and not discussed with
anyone outside of our company without your
written permission. This non-disclosure agreement is in place
until released by both
parties or superseded by a subsequent agreement. The date of
execution
of this agreement is defined by the date and time of the first
communication received from you by our company.
